The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, and effective team supervision. The role ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational KPIs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.

• Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.

• Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.

• Previous supervisory experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of inventory systems / ERP.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
