We are looking Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored product solutions, and meeting assigned sales targets.
Promote and sell the company’s products/services to existing and prospective customers
Identify and approach new clients through cold calling, networking, and client visits
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Manage the full sales cycle: from inquiry to closing the deal
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management
Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in [insert industry])
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate, influence, and close deals effectively
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
