Position: Customer Service Supervisor
We are looking for a capable and disciplined Customer Service Supervisor with strong leadership skills, who can oversee branch operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations within the branch and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage the team across branches, assign tasks, and visit locations when necessary.
Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Oversee daily stock levels and ensure product availability.
Follow up on daily and weekly sales and inventory reports.
Ensure quality and hygiene standards are met across all branches.
Submit regular reports and feedback to upper management.
Provide suggestions to improve performance and optimize processes.
Enhance the level of customer service and overall customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and submit regular performance evaluations of the team.
Qualifications:
Experience in management and customer service.
Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.
Proven leadership and motivational skills.
High level of commitment and punctuality.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
