Position: Customer Service Supervisor

We are looking for a capable and disciplined Customer Service Supervisor with strong leadership skills, who can oversee branch operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations within the branch and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Manage the team across branches, assign tasks, and visit locations when necessary.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

  • Oversee daily stock levels and ensure product availability.

  • Follow up on daily and weekly sales and inventory reports.

  • Ensure quality and hygiene standards are met across all branches.

  • Submit regular reports and feedback to upper management.

  • Provide suggestions to improve performance and optimize processes.

  • Enhance the level of customer service and overall customer experience.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and submit regular performance evaluations of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in management and customer service.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.

  • Proven leadership and motivational skills.

  • High level of commitment and punctuality.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
