- Central Area Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

●    Supervise and support the sales team within the assigned area to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
●    Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients through regular visits, communication, and excellent customer service.
●    Develop and propose strategic product basket mixes to optimize sales, reduce inventory levels, and prevent expiry, in alignment with the company's overall sales strategies.
●    Follow and enforce pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and discount policies as defined by management.
●    Conduct daily inventory level checks across warehouses and stock points to confirm product availability before creating purchase orders.
●    Create and process purchase orders in the ERP system (Odoo) to ensure stock replenishment aligns with sales demand and inventory levels.
●    Monitor FIFO inventory management to ensure products are sold before expiry, especially during high-volume periods.
●    Coordinate with the production team to allocate sufficient time for the preparation of urgent or customized orders.
●    Follow up on invoices and collections, ensuring overdue payments are addressed promptly and in accordance with client agreements.
●    Report promptly to management on any collection issues, risks, or delays, and assist in resolving payment discrepancies.
●    Provide market feedback, including competitor activities, customer preferences, and demand trends, to support strategic planning.
●    Coordinate logistics and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
●    Support the sales team with training, guidance, and motivation to improve performance and output.
●    Assist the production team by providing timely forecasts and order requirements to facilitate smooth production planning.
●    Document sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends regularly and submit reports to management.
●    Support local promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives.
●    Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations in all sales activities.
●    Address customer complaints and queries promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

 Core Functional Competencies
●    Strong understanding of seafood products, supply chain, FIFO principles, and inventory management.
●    Proven experience in supporting sales operations, client relationship management, and product promotion.
●    Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Odoo, for purchase order creation and inventory management.
●    Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
●    Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
●    Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
●    Ability to coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and finance teams.

Educational Qualifications
●    Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
●    Industry-specific knowledge in seafood or food distribution is an advantage.

Language Skills
Arabic and English
