  • Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
    Ensures that staff members work together cohesively to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food.
  • Maintain the Quality & Hygiene standard level as per company policies.
  • Assists in training employees on the principles and practices of guest services.
  • Collects feedback from guests and identifies their wants and needs.
  • Supervises staff members to ensure that operations run efficiently.
  • Handles complaints and resolves any problems that may arise.
  • Ensures that the restaurant meets company standards and follows cash handling procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations.
  • Maintains cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with guests and team members.
  • Works well under pressure and handles stressful situations during busy times.
  • Collaborates with company management to set goals and incentives to increase restaurant turnover and profitability.
  • Ensures consistent implementation of company standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepares reports to provide operational updates to company management such as but not limited to, P&L Report, Wastage Report, and Performance Reports.
  • Assists in training employees to work efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
  • Creates a safe and productive work environment.
  • Develops forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans in collaboration with other business units and departments.
  • Manages employee schedules and planned vacation time.
    Completes required operational reports and submits them to management promptly.
  • Takes necessary action to ensure smooth inventory management and manpower planning.
    Oversees stock levels (Min/Max) and places supply orders as needed.
  • Responsible for handling petty cash and local purchases.
  • Possesses basic financial knowledge relevant to restaurant operations.
  • Teaches, coaches, leads, and develops the restaurant team.
  • Serves as a role model for all team members.
  • Focuses on maximizing sales and profitability for the restaurant.
  • Performs any additional tasks as assigned by management.
